VapeGuard product information and fitting instructions
Use this guide to choose, fit and care for VapeGuard, a flexible medical-grade silicone protector for compatible tank glass.
Sizes and pack contents
- Standard: for compatible fitted glass with an outside diameter of 19–28 mm.
- Large / XL: for compatible fitted glass with an outside diameter of 27–38 mm.
- Twin Pack: one Standard and one Large in the same selected colour.
Standard and Large overlap at 27–28 mm. Check the contents and quantity of the selected pack on the product page before purchasing.
Material and protective features
VapeGuard is made from flexible medical-grade silicone, heat resistant to 250°C. Six raised protective fenders help cushion everyday knocks, bumps and minor impacts. Vertical liquid-view openings allow you to monitor the liquid level.
The core colours are Black, Transparent, Pink, Blue, Green, Orange and Red. Any additional colour or pack options are shown on the shop page with their size availability.
How to fit VapeGuard
- Check that the glass is intact and the protector is undamaged.
- Measure across the widest outside diameter of the fitted glass and compare it with the selected size.
- Stretch the sleeve gently and position it around the exposed glass.
- Check that it sits securely without covering airflow controls, vents, filling mechanisms or moving parts.
Do not rely on the model name alone. Replacement glass and different tank editions can change the fit. Remove a protector that is loose, damaged or interferes with operation.
Cleaning, inspection and limitations
The sleeve is washable and reusable. Remove it, wash with mild soap and water, rinse and allow it to dry before refitting. Replace it if torn, damaged or unable to sit securely.
Do not use it on cracked glass or near direct flame. A material heat rating does not remove the need to keep ventilation clear. No protective sleeve guarantees that glass will survive every impact.
