VapeGuard Product Design & Brand Story
VapeGuard was created around a simple problem: bubble glass can extend beyond the metal body of a vape tank, leaving the curved glass exposed to everyday knocks. While the straight glass is even more sensitive to breaks, without the curved design, it makes it weaker and more susceptible to the slightest knock or bang.
Rather than using a narrow silicone band, VapeGuard surrounds more of that vulnerable glass area. Six raised protective fenders add separation from hard surfaces while vertical openings keep the tank and liquid level visible.
The product is designed and trademarked in the UK and is made from flexible medical-grade silicone that can be washed and reused.
One protective idea, two flexible sizes
Standard covers compatible 19–28 mm glass diameters and Large covers compatible 27–38 mm glass diameters. Seven regular colours are offered across the size range, while Fluorescent Glow in the Dark is available in Standard only.
More than a narrow band
VapeGuard wraps around a wider section of exposed bubble glass to place flexible silicone around the area most likely to contact a hard surface.
Designed to remain usable
Vertical viewing openings retain access to the visual liquid level while the protector remains fitted.
Made to be reused
The silicone is flexible, washable and designed for repeated fitting on compatible tanks within its size range.
