Remove the tank from the device if practical, stretch VapeGuard carefully over the tank and position it around the exposed bubble glass. Do not cover airflow, filling controls or other operating parts.

No protective product can guarantee that glass will never break. VapeGuard is intended to cushion exposed glass against everyday knocks and contact.

Yes. The vertical openings are designed to keep the tank and liquid level visible when VapeGuard is positioned correctly.

It should not when correctly positioned. Check that the protector does not cover airflow controls, vents, filling mechanisms or moving parts before using the device.

Yes. It can be removed, cleaned and reused, provided it remains undamaged and still fits securely.

Remove it from the tank and wash it by hand using warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before refitting.

The silicone material is described as heat resistant to 250°C. It must still be kept away from direct flame and should not cover ventilation or heat-dissipation areas.

Yes. When two or more individual VapeGuards are purchased together, the website applies the advertised 30% saving to eligible individual items. The Twin Pack has its own fixed price.

UK delivery is a fixed £1.80. Delivery to every other country is £4.50.

UK delivery normally takes 2–3 days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery outside the UK normally takes 5–7 days after dispatch. Customs, local carriers and public holidays can occasionally cause delays.

Yes. A confirmation is sent to the email address supplied at checkout after payment is completed. Check the address carefully and look in spam or junk folders if it does not arrive.

If tracking is available, the courier and tracking number appear in your customer account and may also be sent by email when the order is dispatched.

Contact VapeGuard immediately. An address may be changed only before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment.
